Hair Diseases
There are many hair diseases or hair disorders than may cause hair loss, all of them can affect both men and women but some are more frequently in one sex. The medical name for these hair loss disorders is "Alopecia".
Alopecia can be caused by different reasons: Hereditary, hormonal imbalance, medications, other diseases, pregnancy, vitamins or minerals deficiency, bad hair care, hair pulling or even by immune system.
In some cases, the hair loss will be restored after a few months. But there is types of Alopecia that the hair loss can be irreversible, only with hair transplant.
